Oh, it is UGLY, not doubt about it. The issue of abuse, whether it be physical, sexual, verbal, emotional, spiritual is so ugly and the worst part is that it HURTS! It is so extremely ugly in every way. Due to the fact that it is so ugly, no one wants to face it, no one wants to look at it, and no one wants to deal with it, but the sad fact is that everyday people around the world are being abused. Please get involved and support groups that are working to eradicate abuse and who are providing education in abuse prevention. Don't close your eyes and walk away without considering what it would be like to be abused. What would you do? Where would you go? Who would you trust? Who would you tell? Who really cares? I care!
